Shipping

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that processing time of 1–3 business days is required before your order ships.
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Simply email us at support@poppyandpearledit.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
For hygiene reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed fragrances may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Sizing & Fit

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary by style.
If your item doesn't fit, please reach out to us at support@poppyandpearledit.com and we'll help you find the right size or process an exchange.

Fragrances

Yes — all fragrances sold at Poppy & Pearl are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.
Our Eau de Parfum formulas are designed for long-lasting wear, typically 6–8 hours depending on skin type and application.
Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its quality and longevity.
