Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at support@poppyandpearledit.com.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and providing their own shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our return conditions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products or hazardous materials
